I ahve the P5K Premium using the P35 chipset, its a great board so far, i did a simple oc and hit 3.6ghz but wasnt trying very hard i think the chip will do 4ghz easy when i get proper cooling on it. I love the built in wireless this board has, makes life really easy as i already ahve an exsisting wireless network setup. Congrats on the new board!! |

TRUE seems to be on straight this time. It barely clears the NB HS. Xfi should be nice and warm now. Apparently I can do a 3 way with this board, I don't think I'll be doing that considering how much power a OC'd Quad and 2 cards draws. |

Is that motherboard comparison between exact same hardware except for the mobo? If so that's a pretty impressive result. Is one a true 16/16 and the other's a 16/4 (or 8 )? |

Just the mobo change, all other hardware is the same, same OS install, same drivers. Pci-E 1.0 x16/x4 vs Pci-E 2.0 x8/x8. It's possible the ram timings are better. |
