At MysteryByte, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives everything we do—but even we encounter hurdles along the way. Recently, we faced a challenging situation with one of our distributors over a defective NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU.

After identifying an issue with the GPU, we promptly returned it for inspection. Initially, the distributor claimed there was "no fault found" and intended to send it back without repairs. Knowing this wasn't acceptable, we pushed for a second round of testing. This time, they confirmed the defect but refused to cover the shipping costs to return it, leaving us in an ongoing back-and-forth negotiation.

When a replacement finally arrived, the situation took a surprising turn. Instead of a new GPU, we received a used card with visible scuff marks—not the quality we sent back or expected. This was completely unacceptable, and we’re now working to demand a proper resolution, including a brand-new GPU and reimbursement for all associated costs.

This experience has reinforced our dedication to holding distributors accountable, ensuring that every product we provide meets the high standards you expect from us.
