Question about software monitors whats best to use? core temp, pcprobe or hwmontior pro which would be the most accurate cpu reading of all three with my 890fx mobo? |

I personally have had no problems with the believability of Core Temp on either of my boxes. They are 790fx and 770 chipsets. Core temp has a built-in G15 applet, if that's of any consequence. |

well the reason im asking is because in hwmonitor i get two temps for the cpu which im guessing one is the motherboard reading the surface of the cpu and the other is the Vcore? |

I use everest because of the G15 app. |

The other issue im having with HWmonitor is its reading my cpu @ 115w when @ stock 3.4 or OC to 4.0 and its a 125w cpu Im guessing HWmonitor cant read the new 890 chipset correctly. |

I moved on from Everest to AIDA64. I also use Speccy for some basic readings. |
