Thanks to the dudes at MB!

--Gaming Box---
ASUS M3A32 Deluxe
Phenom X4 9850 (2.5GHz, have to tried to OC yet)
8GB G.Skill PC8500
Radeon 3870 (soon 4870)
74GB raptor (soon 300GB velo)
26"Acer (soon 27" Samsung) + 21" Gateway
Logitech G15 (1st gen) + Logitech something wireless Bluetooth
Some IDE end-of-lifer Lite-On burner.
Tt MaxORB (look at the fins!)
Tt Tsunami case
Seasonic 430W silent PSU

---HTPC Box---
ASUS M3A
Phenom X3 8650 (2.3GHz, overclock meh)
2GB something PC6400
Radeon 1650Pro (soon 3870)
320GB + 3X1TB WD "green" drives
17" something + 120" projector-on-wall
keyboard + mouse!
Lite-on SATA burners, with SiL3114 PCI-SATA card
stock AMD cooler
Tt Mozart Jesusbox case (no 7" screen though hah!)
750W OCZ modstream

--Laptop--
Asus G1 lappy with trimmings

I wanted to put the MaxORB on the HTPC but the northbride copper fins stick up about an inch and the mounting bracket wouldn't fit blah. Also had a problem with my original 3870 and I switched the PSU's around. So I'll have to buy another bigger PSU when I get the 4870, as I'm not wasting another 2 hours of my life switching the PSU's around again.

Yes I'm an AMD fanboy and I know Intel processors are the bomb.

I tell ya that Mozart (Jesusbox) case is the bomb and it fits perfect where I have it, replacing a shelf where I had the old monitor. Will post a pic of that ASAP, if anyone gives a hoot.

Holy cwap!!!!!

Hell yeah, we want some pics of that TT case!!!! :)

We'll also keep bugging you until you put it on a scale to let us know what the total filled weight is.... :)

Are you planning on throwing an ITX mobo into it on top of the other gear? (I'm thinking of the correct case right??? ).

You are yes. M-ITX. I plan to put my Xbox in mine as well for now till I get some extra cash to put the best M-ITX system out there into mine. No sense going big if you can't get the best?

When i went there there were two other Mozart cases sitting on the floor of MB that other people have ordered. I was the 2nd person to get one as well.

The case is made out of totally flimsy alumin(i)um and it's actually not that heavy.

I figured out how to use my roomies uber$$$ digital camera, here's hoping I can upload the pics to a <something> account.

Yeah 8 beers and 3 Jagerbombs later.

roomies EOS rebel XTi and I don't have a damn clue how it works, that's why it's blurry! 7 beer and 3 Jagerbombs don't help.

Yes, 4 burners, don't ask!

My humble gaming rig...Notice the red Swingline stapler!

I'm pretty sure the 26" monitor is heavier than the Mozart case with stuff in it. The 2nd set of speakers mounted horizontally is for the Eastlink digital box, since I watch TV either on the 21" PiP or the 26" when the box isn't on.

And the G1 laptop is on the desk to the right.

AoC is a nice looking game,. just come back in 6 months and I'll try it again to see if it actually works...

Heh... after 8 beer and and 3 yagers I'm surprised you noticed it was blurry.... :)

Looks great! That's quite the beast.

I was actually at Astor's in Bayers lake for the soccer matches.

Tony: Keep the box the screws come in cuz you'll only use about 5% of them whilst installing.

The one bad thing about this case is the doors don't come off and the only open to 90 degrees. You'll need a fair amount of space if you have both doors open at the same time. Otherwise you'll be like me and have to lay on your back or your sides or get wedged in somewhere cuz yer too lazy to move it to the middle of the room.

Make sure you get long SATA cables (18"), or put the optical drives in the bottom bays first.

I also found you can't cheat and only put in 2 screws for the hard drives as they will rattle, even with the rubber vibration mount thingy-whatzits.

I know im posting to a few week old post. Bot to those who need to remove the doors. They will come off just remove the 4 screws that hold them in then remove the brackets so they dont fall on something you don't want them to. Takes about 5 mins total for a uninstall of them and reinstall.

Just thought I would put that it. It helped me greatly on the install.

You couldn't take the easy way out and install it in the middle of the room eh?

So what are you going to do with your windfall of free screws heh!

Well I still need the HD screws so i don't need to go out off my ass and buy more =)

But Steve-O is right there is sooo many screws. I'm sure ill need them fomr something. IE: My tv somehow loses all it's screws and I need to put it back together....

That many...

I just boxed them

Post subject:  updated HTPC pics.

Installed a couple more 1TB disks today, since I was supposed to be in Ontario and WoW servers wern't up (oh the whims of a madman). I was going to buy in January but meh, what the heck.

Image
Raptor300G + 5 1TB WD "Green" Drives"
Image
And here they are all wired up!
Image
BUT the Wiremonster rears it's ugly head, unfortunately this is the side that faces out from the spot I've got it in.
Image
And here is what 4 optical drives, 6 hard drives, 2 eSATA hookups and 2 spares look like. Extraneous hanging cables were there because I didn't have the hard drives hooked up yet.
