Oh yes no problem. I've seen post where people are seeing gains of 15 fps in Crysis, or more with new 9.12's.
Myself I dont have crysis installed, but my Vantage score has increased quite a bit.
EDIT: Some report screen flickering and tearing when getting flash banged in mw2.
