moving to red deer alberta in exactly 2 weeks. Dead center between Calgary and Edmonton, 1h drive away from each. Going to be paying $550 between 3 people for a 3 bedroom townhouse in a good area. And thats including heat/tv/internet/water and so on, everything but my groceries

Could my computer possibly not be booting becuase theres no CPU cooling paste? I was thinking you cleaned excess thermal paste around the CPU that was flaking off but if you actually removed it from the CPU and put the HSF back on than that would be an issue... still from a cold boot I would think ...

that deffently isnt the problem then becuase the heatsink fan is one of the fans that runs.

also i did remove the heatsink and the fan on the heatsink, but there all hooked up now, im not too computer smart when it comes to putting them together, but the heatsink doesnt get plugged in right? Seeing that theres no power cord for it duh

May seem silly, but did you inspect the ATX power connectors from both the MB and PSU to verify there are no broken pins/wires. Also if you're using a 20+4 pin connector, make sure they are both properly plugged in to the motherboard. im not too sure whats suppose to be where as far as the motherbo...

kept the battery out over night, for about 10 hours. Put it back in today and still nothing, all the fans start up but not the computer.

its fucked, the CPU fan turns on. I hit the power button every fan turns on, then when i go to turn it off, the button wont work to turn it off so i have to turn the power off by hitting the switch on the back.

So i was cleaning the dust in my computer, I went to clean it around the processor and all the cooling paste started comming off, so i took the rest of it off. Then when i went to start up the computer it wouldn't start no more, only the fans run. Could my computer possibly not be booting becuase th...
