| the problem with HP, Gateway and Dell is that they charge too much for parts but also they use bad proprietary motherboards with no overclocking and rarley any bios updates for new cpu's. Even when they use an off the shelf board they typically have a custom bios that removes all the good stuff. Ok... |

Ah, sounds good I don't want to be slapped, was just browsing and it seemed to good to be true, guess it was  . Not sure if I could build a better one, had MB build my last one. I don't know much about putting it together yourself  |

| Yah, right now I have an older AMD Athlon 64+ 2.44ghz but it seems from what you guys have been saying is that Intel is now better. I guess I'll just wait till Mid-December to price it out then and see what I can do. |

| I've had my current computer for just over 4years and it's really starting to show its age in games. I'm looking to spend some where between $1500-2000. Also I'll probably be holding off on purchasing it till the new year so that can be taken into consideration. Any suggestions would be great on get... |
