Well, I went out and purchased the game. Unfortunatly, it won't even let me turn it up to my monitors resolution to 1920x1200... it instantly clicks back to 1680x1050, which is rediculous... I've never played a game that thought it could figure out what settings it should use better than you can. La... |

Hey guys, I was thinking of going out and purchasing GTA:4 after playing it and having loads of fun at a friends house but only really want if it right now if I'm going to be able to properly play it. I want to play it on my monitors native res of 1900x1200 and my system is as follows: E4400 - 3.3GH... |

Haha, using a Stirling Engine to cool a heatsink... interesting idea although likely a very bad one, I have a feeling the complexitiy of the device (relative to a normal electric motor...) and the aim to likely use low cost parts will lead to lots of very toasty northbridges. But it will save 5W of ... |

grinding is so boring, i dont know how you can do it, and its twice as slow to level, even blizzard said it. You expect Blizzard to thruthfully tell you what is the quickest way to get to level 70? Considering that their profits are based off of how long you play the game for, taking Blizzards word... |

The memory on my HD2900Pro will hit 1200MHz with a slight voltage bump for stability - that's not to say yours will also, but I did it with such a slight increase in voltage that I am fairly sure most cards should be able to attain these speeds with a very safe, modest increase in voltage. You can p... |

Yep, 4GHz will certainly be a challenge, I don't think you will see that on air and have load temps that you will feel very happy about. |

It's going to depend totally on how quickly AMD can ramp up it's clockspeeds, it's known that 3GHz versions exist, however retail models will not be near that for quite some time. Intel's new 45nm's can do 4.1GHz on air, and while K10 may be faster clock for clock than Penryn, if it doesn't scale we... |
